I have been unable to access my Mobile Legends account for approximately 2 weeks. I contacted customer support and provided all the requested information completely and accurately. Despite this, my account has not been restored, and no meaningful solution has been offered regarding my issue.
My account is linked to the user ID 1007822710 (4333). I do not believe my account has been hacked; I simply cannot log in, and this issue has been ongoing for quite some time.
I have invested a significant amount of time and effort into this account, and being unable to access it is both frustrating and disappointing.
