Lost My Mobile Legends Star Membership Card Due to Duplicate Activation

I had an active Star Membership in Mobile Legends for August, and I also had an additional Star Membership card. By mistake, I activated the second card while my membership was still ongoing, causing it to be wasted. I’m requesting a refund for the lost Star Membership card, as this is essentially wasted money. MLBB officials should take this issue seriously and provide a solution. The same thing happened to me, and I expect the matter to be resolved promptly. Please help with this!
