MLBB Ranked Mode Bot Imbalances Trigger Escalated Player Complaints

As a long-time Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player, I am filing a complaint regarding your matchmaking system. For about 5 months, regardless of the rank, I am constantly matched with bots, especially in ranked matches. Even in Mythic rank, the system places bots in my matches, despite there being plenty of real active players available in the game. This situation completely ruins match balance and causes me to lose games unfairly.

I reported this issue to you via email, but the response provided was entirely unrelated to my problem and offered no resolution. As someone who invests considerable time and effort into this game, I do not find this acceptable.

I demand that you urgently investigate and fix the bot issue and imbalances in the matchmaking system, and ensure fair matchmaking with real players across all ranks, including Mythic rank.
