I Lost My MLBB Account to a Hacker and Can’t Recover It

I’m beyond frustrated with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. My account, which I’ve been playing on for over seven years, was stolen by an Indonesian user. I can no longer change the email tied to the account, and all my efforts to recover it through the official system have failed. The support team keeps saying my recovery info is “not verified”—how am I supposed to remember the exact account creation date from seven years ago?
This account is fully loaded. I’ve spent thousands of ₺ on it, buying elite skins, heroes, and battle passes. It’s not just a game account—it’s a massive investment of time and money. To prevent the thief from enjoying it, I even dropped the credit score intentionally, but that doesn’t fix anything. For two whole seasons now, I haven’t been able to log in, afraid someone else will hijack my matches mid-game and ruin the experience for everyone.
