Minichat Permanently Bans Account After Shared Phone Login
On the Minichat app, after my account named “Emrullah” logged in from the same phone as my younger brother, it was permanently banned at around 5:28 p.m. without any reason being given. I did not receive any warning, explanation, or notification.
Yesterday I paid about $11 to have my account reopened, yet it was permanently banned again. I was never informed that I violated any rules, and I still do not know the reason. I am 18 years old and was trying to use my account normally, but my access has been blocked with no explanation.
I ask Minichat to review the permanent ban on my “Emrullah” account, to remove it if it was applied unfairly, and to restore my access to the account.
