Minichat Account Locked After Image Mix-Up During Conversation
I am a standard package user on the Minichat app. On January 10, 2026 at around 7:57 p.m., while chatting, I tried to share an image to show the derby match. However, a different photo appeared in the image by mistake and my account was banned because of it. This situation happened entirely unintentionally, due to an unexpected error.
I have been banned on the platform before, and last time I paid $11 to have my account reopened after a suspension. This time, the situation was definitely not intentional — the wrong image just appeared while I was trying to show the match. I have not yet submitted any appeal or support request to Minichat about this issue.
I request that this incident be reviewed, that the ban applied to my account be lifted, and that my grievance be resolved. I would like my account reopened so I can continue using the service without issues.
