Minichat Bans Paid Account and Ignores Customer Complaint

I am using the Minichat customer support service, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how my issue has been handled. On February 4, 2026, I submitted a complaint after my account was banned, yet to this day I have not received any response at all. Ignoring a submitted complaint and providing no feedback is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior for a customer service team. Before my account was banned, I paid $21 for the service through Apple Pay in the Apple App Store. Despite having paid for the service, my account was banned and my complaint has been completely ignored. I firmly request that my situation be reviewed without any further delay, that the ban on my account be lifted immediately, or that my $21 payment be fully refunded. I also demand a clear and detailed explanation for the reason behind the ban and an official response to my complaint. I expect to be contacted today at my mobile number 05074766**.
