Minichat Keeps Wrongfully Banning My Account for 710 Hours

I use the Minichat app on my Android device, and despite never using insults or offensive language, I keep receiving repeated 710-hour bans. Just 30 minutes ago, I was banned again, and this issue has now happened 7–8 times in total. I strongly believe there is a serious problem with the app’s system.

So far, I have not contacted any support team within the app. However, I have already spent over ₺100 on Minichat, and this situation leaves me feeling cheated and frustrated. My user ID is 307750722.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the unjust bans be lifted. Minichat should not penalize loyal users unfairly, especially those who have spent money on the platform.
