Account Suspended on Minichat With No Reason Given

While chatting in full compliance with the rules on the Minichat app, my account was suddenly banned on January 9, 2026, without any warning and without any stated reason. I did not receive any in-app notification, email, or other communication explaining why I was banned. Even though I did not engage in any insults, spam, harassment, or rule violations, being penalized in this way has made me feel unfairly treated.
This situation has damaged my trust as a user and created a negative perception of Minichat. Despite being a rule-abiding user who uses the platform normally, I have been unjustly victimized by this unexplained ban. From a user perspective, imposing such penalties without clearly stating the reason reflects a lack of transparency.
I request that Minichat carefully review the ban placed on my account, remove this penalty since there was no rule violation, and restore my account to active status. Following the review, I expect a clear and written explanation to be provided to me, but most importantly, I want the ban on my account to be permanently removed.
