Unfair Minichat Ban Without Warning — Account Review Request

I use the Minichat app on my iPhone, and although I have never used any slang or offensive language, my account (ID: 325195099) keeps getting banned repeatedly. The ban I received two days ago was lifted, but I was banned again just now, and it says I cannot access my account for 719 hours.

I receive no explanation or warning message when the ban happens — the app simply blocks my access. I believe I am being unfairly banned because of my appearance or demeanor. I have not yet contacted customer service regarding this issue.

I request that my account be reviewed, that measures be taken to prevent future bans as long as I do not use offensive language, and that my current ban be lifted immediately.
