I Was Banned From MiniChat App Even Though I Did Nothing Wrong

My MiniChat account was suddenly blocked today while I was using the service, without any prior warning or clear explanation. When I try to log in, I see that my account with ID 402488*** is shown as “blocked” for a very long period of time, and only an “Remove Block” style button appears on the screen. I do not know the reason for this ban and I have not received any detailed information or notification by e‑mail or in the app. I believe this block is unfair and it prevents me from using the service I am registered to. I request that my MiniChat account be urgently reviewed, the ban on my account be lifted and my access to the application be restored. If a specific reason is claimed for the block, I also request that it be clearly explained to me in writing.
