Minichat Account Blocked Without Warning or Explanation

I am writing to complain about the sudden blocking of my Minichat account without any clear reason. My account was blocked today while I was using the service normally, and I did not receive any prior warning or explanation for this action. I have not yet contacted Minichat support, but I am submitting this complaint to request that the block on my account be lifted as soon as possible and that the reason for this block be clarified. I believe my usage of the service has been within normal and acceptable limits, so this situation is very surprising and upsetting for me. I kindly ask you to review my account, remove the block, and inform me clearly of any issue so that I can avoid it in the future.
