MiniChat Account Banned for One Year and Payment Required to Unban

I have been using the Minichat application and my account with the ID 359699*** has been banned for about one year. When I try to log in, I see a warning stating that I am banned for a long period of time and that I need to make a payment in order to remove the ban. This ban was imposed even though I did not do anything wrong or violate any rules to my knowledge. I was suddenly blocked from the application and I have not been given any clear explanation or evidence about the reason. The fact that I am asked to pay money just to remove the ban is both unfair and worrying. I request that my account ban be removed without any payment and that I be allowed to use my account again. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for the ban.
