On 31 May 2026, while using the random video chat feature on Mini Chat, I was permanently banned with the reason stated as “underage user.” The situation happened because I accidentally showed my baby brother’s face on the camera for a moment, not because he was using the app himself or had an account. I am an older user of the app, and this was an unintentional and brief appearance. I believe this situation was a misunderstanding of your underage user policy, as my baby brother was not the person using Mini Chat. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again and that the permanent ban be removed, since I did not intentionally violate the rules and I understand and respect your safety policies. I am ready to provide any additional information you may need to verify that I am the actual user of the account and that the child who appeared was only briefly and accidentally shown on camera.
