I am writing regarding the permanent ban placed on my Minichat account on March 17, 2026, at around 9:30 PM while I was using the app on my iPhone.
At the time, I was using the app as a photographer and speaking on camera when my young daughter briefly appeared in the frame. Immediately after that, my account was suddenly and permanently banned.
The only information I received was that my account had been permanently banned, but the reason provided was vague and did not clearly explain what rule I was supposed to have violated.
There was no intentional inappropriate behavior or misuse. My child only appeared briefly and accidentally in the background.
I respectfully request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the recording of the relevant call be examined carefully, and that the permanent ban be removed.
If Minichat believes that a rule was violated, I ask that this be explained to me clearly and specifically. If necessary, a warning or temporary restriction would be far more appropriate than an irreversible permanent ban for what was clearly an accidental situation.
