MiniChat Account Blocked For Minor Access

I am writing to report that my MiniChat account was blocked on 20 March at around 10 o’clock, and I kindly request that the block be lifted and that my access be restored. The block happened after I left my phone with my brother, who is a minor. He opened the MiniChat application and appeared with his face, and after that the account was blocked with the reason “minor”. I did not intend to violate MiniChat’s rules, and I did not know that this would result in a ban, as it happened accidentally when my underage brother used the phone. I respectfully request that you review my situation, remove the block from my account and allow me to use the service again. I also confirm that I will be more careful in the future so that such a situation does not happen again.
