I am writing regarding my Mini Chat account, which was suspended about a week ago without any clear explanation. When I attempted to log in, I discovered that my account had been banned for an unknown reason, and I did not receive any specific message explaining what rule I allegedly violated.
I do not know the cause of this suspension, and I believe this may be a mistake, as I have not intentionally violated any rules or engaged in abusive behavior on the platform.
I kindly request that my Mini Chat account be reactivated and fully restored so I can continue using the service. If there is a specific reason for the ban, I would also appreciate a clear explanation so I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
