On December 25, 2025, I received a one-month ban on the Minichat app that I believe was unfair. As the reason for the ban, the screen only displays “complaint procedures,” but no clear or specific explanation is provided. At the time, I was simply on a video call, and I believe the ban may have been issued because an electronic cigarette was visible on camera.
I do not find it fair to be directly banned for one month without any prior warning and without a clearly stated reason or duration. I did not see any explicit rule in the app regarding electronic cigarettes, so I believe the penalty is disproportionate and unjust. My Minichat account ID is 345733643.
For this reason, I request that the one-month ban on my account be reviewed and removed. If there was indeed a rule violation, I ask that it be clearly and transparently explained to me.
