Stop Unauthorized Mindguru Life App Store Subscriptions and Charges

Shortly after making a one-time purchase to try the Mindguru Life app, I deleted it from my phone because I didn't like it. Despite this, my Mindguru subscription initiated through Mindguru Life has continued to regularly charge my card for about a year, even though I haven't used it for a long time and the app is no longer even active on the App Store.

I find these regular charges made under the name of Mindguru Life from my card ending in 6861 without my knowledge or consent to be completely unfair, as they continue even though I am not actually using the app or receiving any active service. I just found out via a bank SMS alert that another transaction was processed on the same card on October 14, 2026.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this subscription that appears to have been initiated through Mindguru Life, and a full refund of all the unfair charges collected from my card for nearly a year. Furthermore, I request a formal investigation into these unauthorized, recurring payments made without my knowledge to prevent similar issues for others.
