Get a Refund for Mindguru Life Procrast Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

I noticed that a total of $145 was charged over 5 billing cycles to my İş Bankası credit card for a site called Mindguru. Life under the description “mindguru. Life procrast” without my permission or explicit consent. Regular collections of $29 were made each time in October 2025, January 2026, April 2026, July 2026, and October 13, 2026.

I initially downloaded or purchased this service merely as a trial, thinking it was a personal planning and daily planner app to help me overcome my procrastination habit. However, during this period, no invoice, notification, or confirmation email was sent to me; neither Mindguru. Life nor my bank provided clear and comprehensible information that the subscription was set to auto-renew. I do not actively use the service and was completely unaware that the subscription was continuing in this manner until I reviewed my credit card statement in detail.

I demand a full refund of the $145, representing the five $29 charges made through Mindguru. Life without my approval or explicit consent. Furthermore, I request the immediate termination of this subscription and that all necessary technical and administrative measures be taken to prevent any new charges from being made to my card under the same transaction description.
