Miele WSD123 Detergent Drawer Spare Part Price Unreasonably High

I am using a Miele WSD123 WCS 8 kg washing machine. While cleaning the detergent drawer on 04 December 2025, I accidentally broke one of the plastic parts of the drawer and needed to replace it. When I contacted the authorised service for the spare part, I was told that the price was ₺18,000 (approximately €364). I find it unacceptable that a single plastic part of the detergent drawer costs nearly a quarter of the price of the entire machine. For such a simple and limited component, this level of pricing seems completely disproportionate and feels like a joke to the customer. Because of this, I told the service that I could not proceed with the replacement at this price. I request that Miele review the pricing policy for this spare part and offer a reasonable and fair price for the detergent drawer of my WSD123 WCS 8 kg machine. I expect a solution that reflects customer satisfaction and is proportionate to the nature and cost of the part.
