I’ve tried using different email addresses, made multiple changes, and followed every possible troubleshooting suggestion—but nothing works. The error keeps popping up, and it’s blocking me from topping up UC to my account.
My player ID is 5156*47, and I’m asking you directly to resolve this issue and allow me to use my Razer Gold balance to complete the transaction. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I’m using official, verified platforms on both ends.
