On February 3, 2025, I attempted to sell my TMG fund on Midas. At 11:43 AM, I placed a sell order, but at 11:49 AM, it was rejected. I tried again at 11:51 AM, and once more, at 11:57 AM, I received another rejection notice. I contacted Midas live support, and they said they would get back to me.
At 12:04 PM, a Midas representative called from 21670675*** and claimed there was no issue with the system. I explained my complaint again, and they promised to follow up. At 12:11 PM, I placed another sell order, and by 12:20 PM, it was rejected yet again. The promised follow-up never happened—I guess they’ll respond a year from now!
Midas offers zero customer satisfaction. I will sell all my shares and funds and close my account as soon as possible. They provide no solutions, no explanations, and no accountability. At 1:02 PM, I placed yet another sell order, only for it to be rejected at 1:13 PM—without any reason! Midas, fix your system and stop ignoring your customers!
