Dear Microsoft team, I’m writing to express my frustration with a serious issue I’m facing. I purchased what was marketed as a lifetime Microsoft Office family license years ago. It was supposed to grant unlimited access to Office apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint across accounts in the household.
Now, despite having a valid Outlook account linked to that purchase, I’m unable to use any of the Office applications. When I try to log in, my account does not recognize the license—as if it never existed. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since I paid for a product that was advertised as a one-time, lifetime purchase.
I’m a student, and I rely on these programs daily for my education. Being locked out of access without any clear explanation or support is unacceptable.
Microsoft, I urgently request that you restore access to my lifetime license. Please review my account, verify the original purchase, and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Users should not have to chase down licenses they’ve already paid for. I trusted your promise of a one-time purchase—please honor it.
