Can't Access My Microsoft Outlook Account - Password Changed and Recovery Issues

I’m trying to log into my Microsoft Outlook account, but it seems the password has been changed, and the account is now linked to a different phone number. When I attempt to recover it, I’m prompted to use a phone number that isn't mine. Selecting the option "I don’t have any of these" redirects me to another page where I’m asked to fill in various details. Unfortunately, I don't remember most of the required information, and as a result, I receive errors about missing or incorrect data. This has left me completely locked out of my email account. I need help recovering my account, but the current recovery process isn’t working for me. Please assist in resolving this issue so I can regain access to my email.
