Michael Kors Rose Gold Watch Discolors Repeatedly After Purchase on Beymen

I purchased a Michael Kors rose gold women's watch through the Beymen app. Despite wearing the watch for a very short period and no more than three or four times in total, it first started turning green and then experienced severe discoloration. When I sent the product back to Beymen, they issued a replacement; however, the replacement watch suffered from the exact same discoloration shortly after receiving it.

Following this second occurrence, I called Beymen customer service and was informed that the product is currently under inspection. At this stage, I am expecting a permanent solution rather than just another temporary replacement that will inevitably face the same issue.

Having this watch discolor twice in such a short timeframe has deeply disappointed me regarding both product quality and brand trust. Regarding this Michael Kors watch, I demand that Beymen either provide a permanent replacement with a genuinely flawless product or offer another appropriate resolution.
