Michael Kors MK4844 Watch Purchased via Beymen Spends Months in Repair

On December 21, I purchased a Michael Kors MK4844 brown model watch for 18,729 TL from the seller Saat & Saat via the Beymen app. Before even two months had passed, on February 7, an issue arose with its internal mechanism, forcing me to send it in for warranty service. Shortly thereafter, a noticeable deformation occurred on its metal bracelet, and I had to submit the watch to warranty service for a second time on June 17.
Currently, the watch is still not in my possession; I learned that it is still at the service center awaiting spare parts, with plans to replace the strap and perform several repairs. However, encountering both internal mechanism and strap defects in such a short period, followed by a prolonged service process, has caused me significant frustration. I do not want a newly purchased watch—for which I paid a substantial sum—to spend almost all its time in the repair shop.
I demand that my watch be delivered to me in permanently flawless condition as soon as possible, that the frustration I have endured throughout this process be taken into account, and that a more satisfactory resolution—such as a brand-new product replacement or a full refund—be offered if necessary.
