First of all, I want to start by saying that Mexc is intervening in the market. Especially in low-volume coins, if you enter an order at a specific price, and even if dozens of buy/sell orders are placed at that price, it has no effect on your order. However, when the market experiences some fluctuations, you find that your order has been executed, and you may even be at a loss! Whenever I try to contact customer service, mysteriously the connection gets lost or something similar happens! I kindly request you to examine the evidence I will present. If you want to incur losses, then Mexc is just right for you! To summarize the situation, to provide evidence, at 23:41, I placed one long and one short order at prices 476 and 278 respectively. Please note that I could only enter a whole number of orders, not fractional ones like 0.9, as the minimum limit is 1 order. At the time of placing my orders, there were no other orders at my specified prices. However, even after a full hour has passed and trades have been made at the prices I specified, my orders had no impact! If possible, I will upload a video as well. Let's please not play games!

The coin price I mentioned (for example) went up to 480; it's not that the short order I placed at 450 didn't go through! What I'm saying is that I placed a short order at 450, and I was the only one who did so at that price. When I look at the chart, I see that at least 10 long orders were opened at the price of 450. So, I was the only one who placed a short order at 450? How is this possible? If my order isn't being executed, where are the orders of those entering long at 450? From whom are these people buying? Even someone with just two days of knowledge about the stock market would understand the issues I'm describing, but you are dodging the matter! I've been liquidated several times because of this! At the very least, if you had provided a logical explanation and corrected this process, I might have withdrawn my complaint. However, since none of these have been addressed, I will spread my complaint with all my evidence even further! Dear MEXC users, you can see with your own eyes how serious the response is despite the evidence I have presented. The decision is yours.
