MEXC Liquidated My Position Despite Lower Average Price—I Want My Loss Refunded

I opened a leveraged position on PROMPT Coin on MEXC at 0.2250. As the price rose, I added orders at levels like 0.25, 0.2550, 0.26, and 0.2650 to lower my average entry, which was clearly shown on the platform. According to the system, my liquidation price was 0.2707. However, despite my efforts to lower the average, MEXC canceled my orders and liquidated me at a price that should not have triggered liquidation based on what was shown on the screen.
When I contacted customer support, they told me the average price wouldn’t drop with those entries. If that’s the case, why did the displayed liquidation price suggest otherwise? And more importantly, why didn’t I exit with less loss, if the average wasn't changing?
This isn’t the first time something like this has happened on MEXC. I demand a full refund of the funds lost due to this inaccurate liquidation and a proper explanation of how your system determines average prices and liquidation thresholds. I have screenshots as evidence and expect this issue to be addressed urgently.
Still no response, shame on this exchange
