MEXC Liquidated My 20x Leverage Trade Despite Stop-Loss Being Set
On 04.09.2024, I opened a 20x leverage trade for CatDog on MEXC at 23:16, with an entry price of 0.00008173. Despite having set a TP and SL, I was liquidated at 02:16, even though my stop-loss was set at 0.00008192, which is above my entry price. When I contacted customer service to ask how this could happen, they told me I could file a compensation request, which I did, but I received no response. This isn’t the first time this has happened—many of my liquidation orders have been mishandled. I’ve asked for records of the liquidation order details, but they’ve continuously delayed and avoided transparency. The price range difference was around 3%, and they failed to close my order at the closest available price. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I expect MEXC to address this issue immediately.
