MEXC Freezes My Futures Balance Despite Completed Risk Checks

I want to transfer the balance in my futures account on the MEXC exchange to my main account and withdraw my funds, but for about one week, I have been facing a system-imposed transfer restriction. I am unable to transfer my funds from the futures account to the main account, and I also cannot make any withdrawals.

I have fully completed all the risk control steps required by the platform, yet I am still told that my account did not pass the checks. All of my transactions are legal, transparent, and fully compliant with platform rules. Despite this, a restriction has been placed on my funds without any concrete explanation, which has caused serious inconvenience.

The source of my funds is Bybit, and the account belongs to me. I earned 107 USDT entirely through my own trading activity, and there is nothing illegal involved. I am requesting that my account be reviewed, that this unjust transfer and withdrawal restriction be lifted, and that the necessary actions be taken urgently so I can withdraw the funds in my account with UID number 71679694 without any issues.
