MEXC Fails to Return Funds After HOOD Coin Delisting

I have been affected by the delisting of the coin called HOOD from the MEXC exchange, which was held in my spot account. The coin was delisted on January 2, but I only became aware of this on January 5. Although the HOOD coin still appears in my account in terms of quantity, there is no corresponding value shown in my balance.
I originally invested approximately $2,000 in this coin, and the last time I checked before the delisting, my remaining balance was around $450. After the delisting process, neither my initial investment nor the remaining balance was credited back to my account. I tried to reach MEXC customer support via live chat and email, but I have not received any response through either channel.
I request a clear and transparent explanation of how user balances are handled during the HOOD coin delisting process, and that the remaining balance in my account be refunded to me or that a solution be provided to fairly compensate for my loss.
