MEXC Exchange P2P Merchant Fraudulent

January 4 4:30 PM345

I am using MEXC P2P trading and faced a serious problem with one of the merchants. On 04-01-2026, I placed a P2P order and paid 13,900 INR to the merchant within the given time, but the merchant did not release the USDT. After the payment, the merchant called me and said that he did not have enough USDT, and asked me to cancel the order, saying he would return the amount to my account. Trusting his words, I canceled the order, but the merchant still did not release any USDT. He called me again and asked me to send my USDT BEP20 address, saying he would send the USDT directly. Until now, I have not received any USDT, nor have I received any refund in Indian rupees. This situation makes me feel that the merchant is acting fraudulently on the MEXC P2P platform. My MEXC UID is 91438226, and my order number is d1629555577595227136, with order time 2026-01-04 13:23:57. I have already submitted a complaint by email to MEXC, but I have not received any response yet. I kindly request you to urgently check this P2P transaction and either release the USDT to my account or refund the full amount of 13,900 INR. I also request that you take necessary action against this merchant and not encourage such fraudulent behavior on the platform. I am ready to share all supporting evidence, including screenshots and call records, so that you can review the case in detail and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
