I Can’t Receive Telegram Verification Code via SMS Despite Active Azercell Line

For the past 4–5 days, I’ve been trying to log into my Telegram account, but I am not receiving the SMS verification code needed to access it. I’ve waited patiently and retried multiple times, but the code simply never arrives. I use an Azercell phone line, and my number hasn’t undergone any recent changes—no porting, no SIM swap, and no deactivation.

The problem is isolated to Telegram. I continue to receive SMS messages from banks and other mobile apps with no issue. I’ve tried requesting the Telegram code while connected to both Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the outcome remains the same. I also don’t receive any error messages—just silence from Telegram.

I need access to my account, and this prolonged delay is disrupting my communication. I’m requesting that Telegram urgently resolve this issue and ensure that the SMS code is delivered promptly to my registered phone number.
