MetWallet USDT TRC-20 Withdrawal Not Received

I requested a withdrawal of 28 USDT (TRC‑20) from my MetWallet on 20 October 2026 at 06:52 (GMT+0). Unlike my previous withdrawals that were processed normally, this transaction still has no status and the funds have not appeared on the TRON blockchain after more than four hours. In the app the withdrawal appears without a completed status, and there is no transaction hash (TXID) provided for me to track it on-chain. I contacted the support chat, but I only received an automated reply that did not resolve the issue and I have not received any real assistance. I request that this specific withdrawal either be completed immediately and sent to the correct TRC‑20 address with a valid TXID, or that the 28 USDT be promptly returned to my MetWallet balance.
