I started the “Game of Thrones” mobile game offer directly through the MetroOpinion website on 16 July 2026. I have already spent time playing the game in accordance with the conditions of the offer and have completed some of the listed tasks. However, the offer has never appeared in my “My Offers” section and there is no tracking visible on my MetroOpinion account, even though I started the game via your platform. Because of this, my progress in the game is not being recognized and I have not received the rewards for the tasks I have already completed, even though the total promised amount for completing all tasks is 101.395 USD. I am attaching a screenshot of my in‑game player profile to show that I have started and played the game after accessing it through MetroOpinion. I have not yet contacted your support through any other channel. I kindly ask you to manually verify my participation in the “Game of Thrones” mobile game offer, credit the rewards corresponding to the tasks I have already completed, and ensure proper tracking and payment for any remaining tasks to my MetroOpinion account registered under the name “Baltazár Veres” as soon as possible.
