Adopt Me Pets Not Received After Payment on Starpets, Request to Receive Purchased Items
On July 13, 2026, I purchased pets for Adopt Me from Starpets.gg for a total of 19.76 USD for my account with the username "KirinIsSoKool." The payment was successfully processed, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, the pets have never appeared in my Starpets.gg purchases or in my Adopt Me game inventory. I have attached a screenshot confirming the successful payment of 19.76 USD to Starpets.gg from my bank account. I have also attached screenshots from my Starpets.gg account showing the message "You haven't bought anything yet," as well as the "Purchased Items" and "Transaction History" sections, which confirm that no purchased pets have been added to my account despite the completed payment. I have already contacted Starpets.gg regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I am not requesting a refund. I specifically request that the pets I paid 19.76 USD for be delivered to my Adopt Me account "KirinIsSoKool" as soon as possible and that this order be completed without any further delay.
