Missing 1700 Points For Completed Prime Opinion Task

On June 10, 2026, I completed a task on the Prime Opinion app related to the game “Bingo Blitz™ - Bingo Games.” The task stated that I would receive 1700 points if I made an in-app purchase of at least $9.99. I installed the game on June 10, 2026 at 06:24 and fulfilled the requirement by making an in-app purchase totaling ₺665. Despite fully meeting the task conditions, the promised 1700 points were not credited to my Prime Opinion account. I contacted Prime Opinion support and clearly explained the situation, including proof that I completed the task as required. However, instead of resolving the issue properly, the task was closed with a $5 payment, which does not reflect the promised reward. I request that the full 1700 points be immediately credited to my account as stated in the task conditions. If this is not possible, I expect a fair resolution that fully matches the value of the original reward, rather than partial compensation.
