METRO Refuses Refund For Ticket And Didn’t Clearly Show Change Rule

I am a student and I purchased a Metro Turizm ticket for the Konya–Aksaray 02:00 trip approximately 4 hours before departure due to an urgent need. I completed the purchase through your internet site on 05.12.2025 at around 22:46, with reservation code PNR: YLSMAU2. During the purchase process I was not clearly informed that the ticket could only be changed up to 6 hours before the trip, and I was not aware of this rule since I did not read the detailed contract. When I later requested a refund, change or to have my ticket made open-dated, I was told that none of these could be done. In my opinion, this situation conflicts with ethical principles because I was not transparently informed about such a critical time limit before paying. In addition, I found the attitude and wording of customer representative Ms. Y*** during our phone call to be inappropriate and unprofessional, which made me feel even more victimized. As a student, the ticket fee is a serious amount for me and I do not find it fair that my request is completely rejected due to a rule that was not clearly explained to me in advance. I kindly request that the ticket fee for my Konya–Aksaray trip at 02:00 with PNR code YLSMAU2 be refunded to me, and that the communication style of the customer representative I spoke to be reviewed.
