My Metamask Account Hacked: No Refunds

I can't believe it! I experienced a security breach in my Metamask account. There was $329.69 BNB inside and someone stole it with only knowing my wallet address and the password or 12-word key. They've provided me with a ticket number, but that's useless if no one is going to take any responsibility for this theft. It's so frustrating that nobody cares about what happened; they don't seem to be doing anything to help me get my money back. I'm left feeling helpless and angry at the same time—it's such an awful feeling! The fact that companies won't stand behind their own services is really disheartening, and it sucks that I'm the one paying for it literally in this case. What can I do?
