Personal Instagram Profile Shut Down for Alleged VPN Use

My personal Instagram account (username: kerem.kurtt) was suddenly disabled about a year ago. After the account was suspended, I received a notification stating that it had been permanently closed because I allegedly tried logging in from different locations using a VPN. I submitted multiple written appeals to Instagram to recover my account, but I have never received any response.

My account did not contain any payments or advertising activity and was used solely as a standard personal profile. I request that my account be reactivated.
