On my Tecno Spark 30 phone, both Facebook and Instagram suspended my newly created accounts immediately—even though I didn’t make any posts, comments, or take any actions. No reason or explanation was provided. I reached out to the support team, but I received no help and the issue has not been resolved.
Meta is failing to fulfill its responsibilities and continues to cause ongoing problems for users. I am forced to update my phone repeatedly, yet my accounts are suspended over and over again, and nothing is fixed. Meta continues to act irresponsibly regarding this matter.
For these reasons, I request that Facebook and Instagram be shut down immediately and that they cease offering any services. I also ask that necessary steps be taken to prevent users from being harmed any further.
