Instagram Removes Innocent Comments Yet Allows Abusive Ones

For the past two years, I have repeatedly reported hundreds of abusive, threatening, insulting, and harassing comments on my Instagram account “duxmet,” yet almost none of them were removed. I submitted multiple reports especially for comments targeting my mother with severe insults and threats, but every time I received the same response: “This comment does not violate our Community Guidelines.” This situation seriously worries me in terms of both my personal safety and my family’s safety, and it has affected me negatively on a psychological level.

I tried using tools like keyword filtering to block certain comments, but these methods did nothing to stop the harassment. On the other hand, some of my completely ordinary comments were removed as if they were serious violations. I believe Instagram’s Community Guidelines are either extremely inconsistent or being applied in a biased manner. I am urgently requesting a solution—one that ensures similar accounts and comments are restricted, that reported abusive comments are actually removed, and that Instagram revisits and improves its enforcement of Community Guidelines to prevent further harm.
