I Want a Refund for an Unauthorized Google Gear Transaction

While checking my account activity, I noticed that on 12/24/2025 at approximately 2:49 AM, an unauthorized charge of approximately $18 was made from my Ziraat Bank account under the name “Google Gear.” This transaction was completed entirely without my knowledge or approval.

As soon as I discovered the issue, I immediately disabled online shopping and e-commerce transactions on my card to prevent any further unauthorized activity. However, up to this point, I have not received any information from either my bank or Google regarding a refund, investigation, or security review related to this suspicious transaction.

I request that this unauthorized approximately $18 charge be urgently investigated, canceled, and fully refunded back to my account as soon as possible. I also expect proper security checks to be conducted to ensure that my card information has not been compromised and that similar unauthorized transactions cannot happen again in the future.
