Unauthorized Meta Pay Charge Billed to Enpara/QNB Finansbank Account

Around 09:40 AM on May 9, approximately $1 was charged from my debit card linked to my Enpara/QNB Finansbank account without my permission under the name of "Metapay", a payment system associated with Facebook. This transaction appears on my card statement simply as "Metapay" and cannot be associated with any service or purchase.

Similar attempts under the name of Metapay had been made previously, but were unsuccessful because my virtual card had no available limit. Yesterday, as soon as limit became available on my virtual card, the transaction went through successfully and funds were deducted from my account. Even though I had previously canceled my card and obtained a replacement, these attempts have not stopped.

I demand an immediate refund of the $1 withdrawn from my account due to this unauthorized transaction, which was processed without requesting any confirmation code or receiving my explicit consent.
