Mercedes GLC 300 4MATIC Rear Lamp Condensation Issue Unresolved

Since receiving my Mercedes GLC 300 4MATIC in October 2022, I noticed condensation in the rear stop lamp and reported it to the dealership. We agreed it would be addressed during maintenance. Two services have passed, and they said they noted the issue and were waiting for parts. Unfortunately, as of June 2024, there has been no progress. If even Mercedes shows such indifference, whom can we trust? If this problem persists for 20 months, it indicates they're selling defective goods. I no longer want this vehicle or this brand. They should either take the car back or exchange it for another. I've lost faith in the brand. The dealership suggested adding a cover; we agreed, and a photo of it is attached. Are they waiting for the warranty to expire to claim it's out of warranty? I don't know. Please, let the factory in Germany take responsibility for this situation, not just in Turkey.
