Specifically, I have been charged €17 on March 11, 2026 and €17 on March 25, 2026, for a total of €34, without having knowingly subscribed to any recurring payment service or authorized such charges. I was not clearly informed about any automatic renewal, nor did I provide explicit consent for recurring payments.
