"Dear Sir/Madam, First of all, I would like to thank the Mercedes Turkey family for approving the free part replacement concerning the issue I experienced with the chassis number 01 ağl 657 E200D and W1K2130121A9*****. This approach is an indication of the importance you place on customer satisfaction. However, I have been informed that a labor fee of 3,250 TL is being requested for the part replacement. Considering that the issue is entirely due to a manufacturing defect, I believe this fee should not be charged to me. The resolution of a manufacturing-related issue should not require the customer to incur any additional costs. In this context, I request that the necessary follow-up on warranty procedures be carried out, and that the labor fee be covered by you to complete the process.
