I received a commercial credit card from the Garanti BBVA Eskişehir branch, and at the time of issuance, it was stated i...n our agreement that no annual card fee would be charged. However, on September 20, an annual fee of ₺1,360 was deducted from my account. I had experienced a similar issue before.
