I Was Charged an Annual Fee on My Garanti BBVA Commercial Card

I received a commercial credit card from the Garanti BBVA Eskişehir branch, and at the time of issuance, it was stated in our agreement that no annual card fee would be charged. However, on September 20, an annual fee of ₺1,360 was deducted from my account. I had experienced a similar issue before. I contacted customer service regarding this matter, but no solution was offered and no attention was given. I am requesting a refund of the fee, as well as for the promises made at the time of receiving the card to be honored and for my grievance to be resolved.
